Hand washing procedures were discussed since a hot water heater is not provided in this trailer. Double hand washing and followed by hand sanitizer is required. All utensils and equipment are taken to the approved commissary in Delavan for washing, rinsing and sanitizing. No violations documented during this inspection! |
